Shipping and Returns
Q’s UrbanWear wants you to make sure that all of our customers are satisfied. So we have put in place the following policies.
All sales are final unless items are damaged upon arrival. If this happens then we will arrange some type of exchange only. We have a solid 7-day return/exchange policy. If your items were not the correct ordered size or damaged we allow an exchange. All products must be in the same condition when first received via mail.
When returning items, the products must be sent back to our online store’s address, along with the invoice from your package to ensure that you get your replacement if available. All exchanges and returns must first be authorized by speaking to a customer service rep via email or phone. You are responsible for any shipping charges back to us.
Any shipments we receive without a RMA number will be denied and returned back to you at your cost. Items purchased online are not returnable to any retail location. Items purchased at retail stores are not returnable to the online store. Exchanges are subject to product availability. Please be advised that every item sold is thoroughly inspected before shipping. Sale items are not refundable and cannot be exchanged.
Before you attempt to return your unworn/unused products, please contact us by email and send us a copy of your invoice to: urbanqwear@gmail.com with Subject: Q’s Urban Wear Returns/Exchanges.
All returns/exchanges must be authorized and accepted by Q’s Urban Wear Staff before being accepted for return or exchanged. No exceptions.
Once your return arrives at our warehouse please allow 5-10 business days for us to initiate the exchange.
